XXL floater frames in different variations.

The floater frames in XXL size combine a narrow edge with a frame depth of four centimetres. When it comes to the colour selection, you can choose between plain black and white. Frames in which the colours black and white are contrasted with gold and silver create a particularly elegant look.

The frames are made of wood onto which the paint is carefully applied. A narrow gap remains between the picture frame and the picture, creating a shadow. This shadow gap not only gives the frames their name, but also an increased depth effect.

How to place the picture in the XXL floater frame

To attach the picture in the XXL floater frame, you do not need great manual skills. The work is done in three simple steps:

• Place the picture in the frame from the front.
• Place the screws on the back.
• Tighten them with the help of a screwdriver.

With little effort, the picture is then securely in the frame. The necessary holes for the screws are already pre-drilled in the frame. The matching screws are also included in the delivery.

Our floater frames in XXL are designed for our stretcher bars and covered stretcher frames with a thickness of approximately four centimetres. Other canvas pictures in the appropriate size can of course also be inserted into the frames without any problems. With the help of a little trick, you can even fit Forex, Dibond or acrylic glass printing plates into the floater frames: To do this, glue wooden strips to the back of the plate and screw them to the frame.
